14The owner of the online shop “digital.lbservices.fi” (hereinafter referred to as the online shop) is Line Boring Services OÜ (registry code 12301379), located in Tallinn, Estonia.

Term of sales contract and information about goods and prices.

The sales terms apply to purchasing goods from the online shop.
The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated next to the products.
The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer, but mostly of the total weight of the ordered products. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
Information about the goods is provided in the online shop next to the goods.

Placing an order.

To order goods, the requested goods should be added to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, the required data fields should be filled in. The total price is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution.
The contract enters into force after the amount subject to payment has been credited to the bank account of the online shop.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to lack of stock or another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the cost paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded usually within 1-2 working days. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to seven working days.

Delivery.

Goods are delivered to the European countries. If for some reason your country is not in the shipping list – contact us please.
The delivery cost of the goods is borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed when the order is placed.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days of receiving the goods. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application in a free form and send it via e-mail no later than 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lbservices.fi.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lbservices.fi and send your item to: Vindi 13-4, Tallinn 11315, Estonia.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vindi 13-4, Tallinn 11315, Estonia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
